White and Nude Ruffian Manicure Pt. 2

Products in this post were sent to me for review by PR of Nail Polish Canada.

Earlier today I posted about my ruffian manicure inspired by OPI's design for Jenni Kane, and while I liked the clean and crisp look of the white half moons I also couldn't leave it well enough alone. So I jazzed it up and gave it more of an art deco feel with the criss cross design from Konad plate M95, sent to me for review by Nail Polish Canada.

In standard Konad fashion the images were extremely crisply etched and provided a clean and clear stamp. I used acetone on a brush to clean up most of the stamping from the white half moon but ended up touching each moon up with a white striper before sealing in the design with top coat. I used Essie Penny Talk for the stamping polish.

I picked out this plate for review because all five designs were pretty and unique to my plate collection! There's the criss cross hatching design, lace with polka dots, a varied size heart pattern, a diamond pattern, and an adorable little owl! I'm definitely looking forward to doing a cute red and pink marble stamp with those hearts.

What do you think of this design? Do you own this konad plate? Let me know in the comments! Thanks for reading!
